Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Your order will be shipped by a third-party carrier: Low Cost Parcels. Tracking information will be provided externally by the carrier and not by the Revolution Store.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and will vary depending on region.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, please contact the carrier using the information provided in your tracking email with any queries.
Revolution STORE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Revolution Bars Group PLC will only deliver to address within the mainland of the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Revolution STORE, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase email.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment issuer's refund policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable and will not be reimbursed.
