The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
We reserve the right not to accept any order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- Our inability to verify that you are aged over 18
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID.
We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
Revolution Bars Group PLC will only deliver to address within the mainland of the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.
We normally guarantee delivery within 4 days of your order except where indicated. However, during peak periods this may be extended.
Our deliveries are made by third party carriers. If you are out, a card will be posted through your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. You should keep your delivery note and all packaging and should notify us immediately if any of the order is missing or damaged through the contact form on the Contact Us page.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling as marked. The prices include UK duty and VAT, unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional, unless otherwise specified.
Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced.
If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Where it is not possible to supply all items from your order we will contact you and offer a similar replacement or refund.
Cancellations, Replacements and Refunds
If you buy any of our bottles and they are broken or faulty please see below.
If you change your mind about part or all of your order, you may also cancel or return your order up to and including 7 calendar days after purchase. Any items must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered. The packaging must be intact, unopened and undamaged. The bottle must also be sealed.

If you handle the goods whilst they are in your possession in a way which would not be permitted (for example, by opening a bottle or removing a seal) we will not issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Please let us know if you wish to cancel an order by contacting our Customer Services Team on email@example.com. If you are e-mailing us or writing to us, please include details of your order (including order number) to help us identify it.
All refunds given will be made by the same payment method you originally used to make payment.
We are happy to replace or refund any bottles which are broken or faulty upon delivery. Any items that are reported as broken or faulty after they have been signed for will not be refunded. Any broken or faulty items must be handed back to the courier.
All information is sent and received via a secure connection, including payment card details. All payment transactions are processed by Sagepay. Credit card details are not stored in any Revolution Store system.
